目的检测糖尿病大鼠下颌骨成骨细胞中葡萄糖转运蛋白（GLUT）-1、胰岛素受体（IR）α1的表达，探讨其对成骨细胞分化功能障碍的影响。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应、蛋白质印迹分析、免疫组织化学染色观测糖尿病大鼠下颌骨成骨细胞及对照组细胞中GLUT-1、IR α1的表达。结果糖尿病组GLUT-1及IR α1的mRNA表达高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P

Objective To explore the expression of glucose transporter（GLUT）-1 and insulin receptor（IR） α1 in osteoblast obtained from diabetic rats’mandibles. Methods The expression of GLUT-1 and IR α1 of diabetic and control groups were measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, Western blot and immunohistochemistry stain.
