目的:初步探讨机械压力对成骨样细胞增殖活性及功能状态的影响,为研究正畸矫治力对牙周及骨组织的生长改建的机理提供理论依据。方法:对体外培养的成骨样细胞在受到顶—底轴向压力(225 ×g) 后6、12、18、24、30、36 h ,利用流式细胞术及MTT比色法,检测细胞增殖动力学的变化及线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶的代谢活性。结果:加力组较对照组各期细胞所占百分比及细胞功能状态都有显著性差异( P

英文摘要

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of the mechanical stress on the proliferation and function of os2 teoblast-like cells (UMR106) of rats , and further to explore the mechanism of remodeling of periodontium from an angle of me2 chanics. Methods :The flow cytometry and MTTmethod was used to examine the number of osteoblasts-like cells and their prolifer2 ation and metabolic enzymic activity 6 h , 12 h , 18 h , 24 h , 30 h , and 36 h after the top- bottom axial stress (225 ×g) was exert2 ed on the UMR106 in vitro.
