目的 探究精神障碍患者口腔健康相关生活质量（OHRQoL）及相关因素，为采取有效的干预措施提供依据。 方法 采用便利抽样选取诊断为精神障碍的397例患者，使用一般资料调查表、简化版口腔健康素养量表（HeLD-14）、口腔健康影响程度量表（OHIP-14）和口腔健康状况检查表对其进行调查。 结果 精神障碍患者OHIP-14总分为8（2，14）分。HeLD-14得分与OHIP-14得分呈负相关（r=-0.142，P<0.01）。多元线性回归结果显示，家庭年收入、精神障碍诊断为精神分裂症、甜食、看牙医频次、龋齿及缺牙影响精神障碍患者的OHRQoL（P<0.05）。 结论 精神障碍患者OHRQoL较差，且与多种因素有关，医护人员应关注其口腔健康问题，针对性制定全病程口腔照护方案改善患者口腔健康及相关生活质量。
英文摘要
ObjectiveThis study aims to explore the current status and risk factors of oral health-related quality of life OHRQoL in patients with mental disorders and provide evidence for effective intervention measures.MethodsA total of 397 patients diagnosed with mental illness were selected by convenience sampling, and investigation was carried out using general data questionnaire, health literacy in dentistry-14 (HeLD-14), oral health impact profile-14 (OHIP-14), and oral health status checklist.ResultsThe total score of OHIP-14 in patients with mental disorders was 8(2, 14). The score of HeLD-14 was negatively correlated with the score of OHIP-14 (r=-0.142,P<0 .01). the results of multiple linear regression showed that six variables including annual family income, schizophrenia, sweets, frequency of visits to the dentist, dental caries, and missing teeth affected ohrqol of patients with mental disorders (P<0 .05).ConclusionThe poor OHRQoL of psychiatric patients is associated with many factors. Medical personnel should pay attention to their oral health problems and develop targeted oral care programs throughout the course of disease to improve oral health and related quality of life of patients.
