目的 研究临床应用较广的低频脉冲电磁场(PEMFs)对于绝经后骨质疏松症患者的平衡功能是否有影响。方法 参照国际临床试验常用分组方法,将符合标准的43例患者进行分组,其中试验组24例,对照组19例。在均给予常规药物治疗基础上,对试验组患者加用PEMFs治疗,采用1次/d、40 min/次、共30次的治疗周期。治疗前后分别对患者进行广泛应用的Berg平衡量表(BBS)、限时站起和行走测试(TUG)、平衡测定仪检测。结果 经30次治疗后,试验组BBS评分增高,TUG评分、前后摆幅指数、矩形面积和轨迹长降低(PPP

英文摘要

Objective? To assess the effect of pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs)on balance ability of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. Methods? 43 eligible patients were randomly divided into experimental (n=24) and control (n=19) groups. Patients in both groups received conventional drug therapy. Meanwhile, patients in the experimental group were given PEMFs once a day for 30 days. Results?
