目的 探讨信号转导与转录激活因子1(STAT1)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)病损发生发展中的作用。方法 48例OLP及10例正常口腔黏膜石蜡包埋组织,采用免疫组化SABC法检测相应组织中STAT1和IFN-γ蛋白的表达情况,分析其与OLP患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果 ①STAT1、IFN-γ 在OLP病损区表达阳性率均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(Pχ2=5.042,Pr=0.324, Pχ2=5.077,Pr=-0.388, P

英文摘要

Objective?To understand the possible role of signal transducer and activator of transcription 1 (STAT1) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in the generation of local lesions of oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods?Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues of 10 cases of normal oral epithelium and 48 cases of OLP were investigated for STAT1 and IFN-γ proteins by using immunohistochemistry SABC method. The correlation between the expression of STAT1 and IFN-γ proteins and the clinical and pathological characteristics in OLP were statistically analyzed.
