剥离强度是鞋类产品质量检验中的重要技术指标,该项性能指标直接反映鞋类产品粘胶工艺质量水平。目前常用的剥离强度测试方法存在一定的干扰或影响因素,本研究方法克服了剥离强度测试时出现的诸多干扰或影响因素,显著提高了测试的精度和广度。同时提出最大剥离强度的概念,有效地降低了检验人员和设备对测试结果的影响。

英文摘要

Peeling strength is an important technical index in the inspection of footwear, which directly reflects the viscose quality of footwear. The peeling strength test method commonly used at present has certain influence on the final peeling "true value". This research method overcomes many problems in peeling strength test, more accurately and objectively tests the quality of the whole shoe adhesive, reflects the true value of peeling strength, and improves the accuracy, breadth and accuracy of the test. The concept of maximum peel strength can effectively reduce the influence of human and machine on test results.
