牙周炎是一种细菌性感染性疾病,而牙龈卟啉单胞菌是牙周炎的主要优势致病菌之一。母鸡在经某种微生物免疫后,能产生针对此微生物的特异性抗体,且此抗体大量转移到蛋黄中。经提纯得到的抗体,被称为蛋黄免疫球蛋白(IgY)。抗牙龈卟啉单胞菌IgY 在防治牙周炎方面有着良好的前景。下面就IgY 的性质和特点、IgY 在牙周病治疗中的应用等研究进展作一综述。

英文摘要

Periodontitis is a bacterial infectious disease caused by microbial pathogens, and Porphyromonas gingivalis(P.gingivalis) is one of the prominent pathogens. Hen immunized with certain micro-organism can produce specific antibodies against the micro-organism,which can be transferred to the egg yolk in large numbers. The purification of the antibodies is also known as the immunoglobulin yolk(IgY). Anti-P.gingivalis IgY may provide a promising insight into the prevention and treatment of periodontitis. This review reported the research progress of the nature and characteristic of IgY and the use of IgY in prevention and treatment of periodontitis research.
