Objective To evaluate the effect of pingyangmycin and dexamethasone infusing therapy on infantile hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial region. Methods 27 cases of infantile hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial region were treated with pingyangmycin and dexamethasone infusing therapy and were observed the curative effect. Results 22 cases were cured（81.5%）, 5 cases were relieved（18.5%）, and the total efficiency rate was 100%. There were no recurrence after 1-2 years. Conclusion Pingyangmycin and dexamethasone infusing therapy on infantile hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial region is a safe, convenient and efficient method.
