Recently, as results of increasing odonto-maxillar deformity, more em1bedded teeth have been met in clinic. At the same time, the development of orthodontics needs supporting of exodontics on the complicated surgical
extraction of embedded teeth. In the present work, the author would like to make a review on the extraction of such teeth, with emphases on the design and experiance of the surgical procedures.
