多位点序列分型(MLST)是近年来发展较快的以核苷酸序列分析为基础的病原菌分型的分子生物学方法,具有较高的分辨能力。通过对6~7 个管家基因中长度约为470 bp 的核心片段的核苷序列的分析,MLST 技术已广泛应用于感染性疾病病原微生物的分型鉴定,不同抗生素抵抗株及其毒力或其抗原相关性特殊基因型以及新的变异株引起的疾病流行等微生物流行病学分析。笔者下面就MLST 的理论及其应用作一综述。

英文摘要

Multilocus sequence typing(MLST) technique is a rapidly developing analytical method of molecular biology with high resolution, which is based directly on nucleotide sequence. By analyzing the 6 to 7 housekeeping genes about 470 bp, the diversity of infectious strains is compared, and different strains have a unique index sequence type. MLST technique can track and investigate pathogenic microbes distributing condition globally by internet. Because of its wide and potential application values, MLST has been applied in identifying microbes related to infectious diseases. In this paper, the authors gave an outlook of the theory of MLST and its application in typing and identifying some pathogenic microbes.
