牙周病病因学研究逐步深入,凸显出龈下微生物检测的重要性。正常微生物群是宿主不可缺少的一个生理系统,是一个动态的相对稳定的协调的微生态,是机体健康的保证和象征,一旦打破这种平衡状态,就易引起菌群失调,诱发牙周组织病变。分子生物学技术的发展,为龈下微生物的研究提供了快速有效的技术和方法。变性梯度凝胶电泳技术具有可靠、可重复、快速和容易操作等优点,可以说是分析牙周炎致病菌的一种有力的工具。

英文摘要

With the further investigation on the periodontitis aetiology, the importance of the subgingival microbiological detection becomes more significant. The normal microflora is the ingredient and an obbliganto physiology system of the host. Oral microecology is a dynamic, oppositely and coherent. The balance of the oral microecology is a guarantee and the symbol of the body′s healthy. Once the balance is broken, dysbacteria will occur. The development of molecular biology technology provides rapid and effective technology and method on the

research of oral microbion. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) has the advantage of safety, reutilization, rapid and easy operation. It can be said that DGGE is a useful means of analysis on the change of the oral microecology.
