羟磷灰石作为植入材料的活性涂层已广泛应用于口腔临床,但该涂层为细菌的黏附提供了便利,继而导致种植体周围炎症。种植体炎症是种植体保存率下降的重要原因。在羟磷灰石涂层中引入抗菌离子能提高羟磷灰石涂层的抗菌性能,从而显著提高种植体在体内的保存率。下面就羟磷灰石涂层材料的抗菌性能作一综述。

英文摘要

Hydroxyapatite is used widely as bioactive coating of implant. However, when the devices are implanted, bacteria attach to the surface of the surface of the implant and then result in peri-implantitis. So, the peri-implantitis is the important reason leading to the descending overall retaining rate of implants. In order to control the bacterial infection, a great effort has been taken to modify the material surface by incorporating antibacterial metal ion and then significantly improve retaining rate of implants. This review summarized the antibacterial property of different coating materials.
