RhoC GTPase is a member of low molecular weight proteins belonging to the Ras superfamily. Recently many researches have demonstrated that RhoC played a role in genesis and development of malignant tumor, and overexpression of RhoC was reported to correlate with clinical cancer metastasis. Based on the studies concerning RhoC at home and abroad, we will further discuss the relation between RhoC and the tumor of salivary glands in this review.
