Integrin is a major adhesion molecule involved in periodontal tissue remodeling. Ttransforming growth factor- β（TGF- β） peptide is a multifunctional growth factor, which may affect the regulation of integrin and the remodeling of periodontal tissue. The purpose of this article is to review the role of TGF- β on the regulating of integrin and the periodontal tissue remodeling.
