目的 研究ERA 种植覆盖义齿修复Kennedy Ⅱ类牙列缺损的临床效果。方法 对21 例Kennedy Ⅱ类 牙列缺损患者采用ERA 种植覆盖义齿修复，并在义齿修复后对所有患者进行了1～2 年的随访。结果 除1 例 患者在种植术后5 个月时出现种植体松动，进行了即刻补种外，其余无失败病例。21 例患者对ERA 种植覆盖 义齿的固位性能、咀嚼效能、舒适程度以及装卸的方便程度均感到满意。结论 ERA 种植覆盖义齿修复 Kennedy Ⅱ类牙列缺损是一种方便、经济、可靠的修复方式。
英文摘要
Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical application of ERA implant overdenture on Kennedy Ⅱ dentition defect. Methods 21 cases that were not satisfied with traditional removable denture were applied by ERA implant overdenture. Results 21 cases were satisfied with the new dentures. One implant were failed but repaired quickly and easily. Conclusion ERA implant overdenture is a better choose than with traditional removable denture on Kennedy Ⅱ dentition defect.
