Recent years, there is a rising incidence of fungal infections, and Candidas are the most common pathogen. Candidas have a tendency to change from Candida albicans to non- albicans species with the antifungal drugs used abrodly, Candida strains with drug resistance are becoming increasing prevalent yearly. So, it is very essential to rationally choose clinical drugs according to the results of antifungal susceptibility test in vitro, but the results are relative to therapeutic effect to some degree, it is not consistent completely. This is a review about some studies in this field.
