低龄儿童龋(ECC)是一种早期累及幼儿上颌乳前牙的严重龋损,预防其发生发展是世界卫生组织在全球 范围内进行龋病预防的重要工作。致龋菌在ECC 发生中起主要作用,其中变异链球菌是ECC 重要的致病菌, 研究主要集中在该类微生物的定植、传播和基因型;放线菌和乳杆菌是ECC 儿童口腔的优势菌群,白色假丝酵 母菌和双歧杆菌在儿童口腔的定植与ECC 的发生相关;随着分子生物学技术的进一步成熟,对ECC 病因微生 物的了解逐渐深入到菌斑微生态方面,本文将对以上方面的研究进展作一综述。

英文摘要

Early childhood caries(ECC) is an extremely destructive form of caries involving maxillary primary anterior teeth. Preventing ECC is an important work on caries prevention in worldwide by the World Health Organization. Cariogenic bacteria are considered the major etiologic agent in the development of ECC. Streptococcus mutans is the important cariogenic bacteria of ECC, the recent researches are on its colonization, transmission and genotypes. Actinomyces and Lactobacillus are the dominant microorganisms in the oral cavities of children with ECC. The colonization of Candida albicans and Bifidobacterium is associated with ECC. With the development of molecular biology techniques, studies are to the plaque microflora. This review presented the recent researches on the above aspects.
