Sjögren′s syndrome（SS） is a systemic autoimmune disease of unknown etiology characterized by lymphocytic infiltration of the exocrine glands, so far there is no effective treatment. In recent years, a variety of new treatment methods, such as immunotherapy, gene therapy, traditional Chinese medicine therapy, have been applied. This article reviewed the treatment strategy in recent years.
