三维有限元法是一种应用在多个领域的理论力学分析方法,自从被引入牙列缺损修复领域以来,通过计算机模拟的方式,能够较准确地计算出修复体在每个区域内的受力情况,具有误差小、参数可设定等优点,表现出了其他应力实验分析方法所不可比拟的优越性,从而越来越多的应用到修复体对力反应的摸拟和预测之中。本文将就近年来三维有限元法应用在牙列缺损修复中各种固定修复体、活动修复体、固定-活动联合修复体、种植体的应力分析等方面的研究状况进行综述。

英文摘要

Three-dimensional finite element method is a method applied in many fields of theoretical mechanics analysis. It is introduced since the inception of dentition defect, through computer simulations, it can be more precisely calculate the prosthesis to the force within each region condition with a small error and be set of parameters, etc., showing a stress test analysis of other advantages are unparalleled, so more and more applications to the restoration of the force response simulation and forecasts. The three-dimensional finite element method have been applied in a variety of fixed dentition defect restoration, restoration activities, fixed-activities joint retainers, implant stress analysis and other aspects of the situation in recent years will be reviewed in this article.
