腺苷三磷酸(ATP)作为一种重要的神经递质具有广泛的生物学效应。多种伤害性刺激均可引起三叉神经节(TG)神经元释放ATP,ATP 激活P2 受体可引起疼痛。P2 受体又分为P2X 和P2Y 两类。在受损的TG 神经元上,P2Y 受体的表达明显增多。本文就ATP 与P2Y 受体表达间的相关性、P2Y 受体在TG 中的信号转导机制、P2Y 受体对神经损伤性痛觉信号的转导作用等研究进展作一综述。

英文摘要

As an important neurotransmitter, adenosine triphosphate(ATP) has a wide range of biological effects. A variety of noxious stimulation can cause trigeminal ganglion neurons releasing ATP, and ATP can induce pain through activation of P2 receptors. P2 receptors can be divided into P2X and P2Y receptors. And P2Y receptors expression significantly increased in impaired trigeminal ganglion neurons. In here, the research progress of the relevance of ATP and the expression of P2Y receptor, the signal transduction mechanisms of P2Y receptor which in TG, and the transduction of P2Y receptor on nerve injury pain signal were reviewed.
