目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）-C 在不同浸润方式的舌鳞状细胞癌中的表达差异。方法 参照Anneroth 等描述的肿瘤浸润方式对39 例舌鳞状细胞癌进行分型，免疫组织化学染色观察VEGF-C 的表达情况。结果 在不同浸润方式的舌鳞状细胞癌，VEGF-C 的表达不同。在Ⅲ、Ⅳ型的舌鳞状细胞癌，VEGF-C 的表达明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ型，而且临床易出现淋巴结转移。结论 VEGF-C 与舌鳞状细胞癌的浸润方式有关，其在舌鳞状细胞癌细胞的浸润及区域淋巴结转移中可能起着重要作用。
英文摘要
Objective To study the vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）-C expression in squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue with different pattern of invasion. Methods 39 cases with squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue were classified into four groups according to the pattern of invasion described by Anneroth and VEGFC expression was detected respectively by using immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression of VEGFC in tumor cells varied from the pattern of invasion. The expression in squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue with pattern Ⅲ and Ⅳ of invasion had a high lever than that of pattern Ⅰand Ⅱ. The clinical findings showed that the rate of lymph node metastasis was easily involved in pattern Ⅲ and Ⅳ of invasion. Conclusion VEGFC is correlated with pattern of invasion and it may play an important role in invasion and regional lymph node metastasis in squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue.
