富血小板血纤蛋白(PRF)独特的三维空间架构,赋予其较大的内表面积,非常有利于生长因子的黏附和细胞的迁移,自身大量的内源性生长因子使其对组织细胞的生长分化有较强的促进作用。其特殊的缓释特性使其非常适宜作为生物支架材料。PRF可较大程度地促进骨髓基质干细胞增生、矿化及其向成骨细胞向分化,抑制破骨细胞的形成。PRF与骨成分、纤维胶原蛋白类成分和细胞复合的联合应用,可明显增强成骨细胞、牙周膜细胞和牙龈成纤维细胞的生长,促进软组织缺损修复和再生。上述研究成果为PRF与其他生物成分或人工材料在组织缺损修复方面的联合应用奠定了理论依据,然而PRF促进组织愈合的具体机制还有待于进一步研究。

英文摘要

Platelet-rich fibrin(PRF) is derived from autologous blood without adding heterology or artificial agents. PRF presents a special microstructure that provides a compatible substrate for cell proliferation and migration. PRF also contains various cytokines that can promote healing and regeneration of damaged tissues. The feasibility of applying PRF as a biological scaffold to repair periodontal tissues and combining it with other biomaterials to refine repairing effect has been investigated by many researchers. The mechanism of PRF in promoting tissue regeneration has been further studied. This paper presents a review of studies on the application of PRF combined with other biological materials in periodontal tissue repair and the molecular mechanism of PRF in promoting tissue regeneration. However, the mechanisms of PRF in promoting tissue regeneration must be further elucidated.
