The rapid development of digital medicine brought the revolutionary change to clinical medicine, which was an emerging interdisciplinary field. The development and application of computer aided surgery system made the medicine enter a completely new visual information age especially, which promoted the development of precise and effective surgical treatment for qualitative leap and triggers a technology revolution in the field of surgery with the combination of 3D printing technology. The computer aided surgery system with 3D printing technology was extensively and profoundly applied in reconstruction of the defect in oral and maxillofacial region, which was complex and demanding.
