超声骨刀手术系统是指利用压电超声频率微振荡刀进行无损伤骨组织的一种新型的骨切割手术设备,可替代传统口腔手术中的机电设备。超声骨刀在口腔领域广泛应用,主要包括口腔颌面外科手术、上颌窦提升术、牙周手术等。近年来,超声骨刀也用于根管外科,其优势是降低了软组织损伤的风险,提供了清晰的手术视野且切割产热少。本文主要就超声骨刀手术系统的工作原理以及在根管外科中的应用作一综述。

英文摘要

The piezosurgery device is a new developed surgical equipment, which used piezoelectric ultrasonic vibrations to cut bone atraumatically and to provide an alternative to the mechanical and electrical instruments used in conventional oral surgery. It has been widely used in oral sugery, such as maxillofacial surgery, maxillary sinus lifting and periodontal surgery, et al. Recently, piezoelectric instruments can be applied in endodontic surgery, reducing the risk of damage to soft tissue, providing a clear operative filed, and cutting without generating heat. This review summarizes the operating principles of piezosurgery device and outlines the applications of pizeosurgery in endodontic surgery.
