Cement-retained implant-supported restorations are widely used in clinics. The relationship between excess cement and peri-implant diseases have been widely investigated. Reducing excess cement around implant-retained restorations is a problem that dentists are concerned about. This is a review of the techniques to reduce excess cement around implant crowns.
