中文摘要

纳米羟磷灰石与天然骨及牙釉质中的羟磷灰石晶体相似,具有良好的物理和化学性质、生物相容性、骨结合性等,在口腔疾病治疗领域应用广泛。本文对纳米羟磷灰石在牙体修复及牙髓治疗方面的相关研究进展进行综述,涉及牙科材料改性、再矿化、牙齿脱敏、牙髓治疗、牙髓组织工程学等方面。现有的研究表明,纳米羟磷灰石在口腔疾病治疗领域具有较大的潜力。

英文摘要

Nano-hydroxyapatite (nHA) shows a structure similar to that of hydroxyapatite crystal in human bone tissue and tooth enamel. Given its excellent physical and chemical properties, biocompatibility and osseointegration, nHA has been extensively applied in the clinical treatment of oral diseases. This article reviewed the most recent findings about nHA in stomatology, including the modification of restorative materials, tooth remineralization, tooth desensitization, pulp canal therapy and pulp tissue engineering. These studies are indicative of the future remarkable significance of nHA in stomatology.
