白血病NB4细胞对白蛋白纳米粒的摄取和载二氢丹参酮Ⅰ白蛋白纳米粒的抗肿瘤活性研究

目的研究白血病NB4细胞对白蛋白纳米粒的摄取行为,探讨其靶向给药白血病细胞的可行性。方法以香豆素-6示踪白蛋白纳米粒,采用激光共聚焦显微镜与流式细胞术法考察人急性早幼粒白血病NB4细胞对纳米粒的摄取行为,进而以MTT比色法评价载二氢丹参酮Ⅰ白蛋白纳米粒对细胞的增殖抑制作用。结果与游离药物香豆素-6、二氢丹参酮Ⅰ相比,白蛋白纳米粒可显著增加药物细胞对药物的摄取,增强其对NB4细胞的增殖抑制作用。结论白蛋白纳米粒对NB4细胞具有靶向性,有望成为白血病靶向给药的新型载体。
