基于光动力的透明质酸纳米凝胶的研究

目的制备载酞菁锌透明质酸纳米凝胶,并考察其产生自由基的能力。方法以透明质酸为亲水大分子、胆固醇为疏水小分子、己二酸二酰肼为连接基团,制备两亲性透明质酸衍生物。以所制透明质酸衍生物为载体材料,制备载光敏剂酞菁锌的纳米凝胶,并测定其包封率、载药量及产生自由基的能力。结果成功合成了透明质酸衍生物,并制得粒径约205 nm的载酞菁锌透明质酸纳米凝胶。所制载药纳米凝胶的包封率为81.78%,载药量为3.22%。载酞菁锌纳米凝胶经激光照射后自由基的产量明显高于未经激光照射的载药纳米凝胶。结论制备的两亲性透明质酸衍生物可通过物理自组装形成纳米凝胶,红外激光照射可促进负载酞菁锌的纳米凝胶产生自由基,具有用于光动力治疗的潜力。
