羧甲基壳聚糖溶液胶凝的影响因素研究

目的研究影响羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)溶液胶凝的物理化学因素。方法应用流变学方法表征CMCS溶液的胶凝程度,研究CMCS浓度、放置温度、p H、离子强度及不同种类的醇对胶凝的影响。结果增加浓度、升高温度均可加快CMCS溶液的胶凝速度,而增加离子强度则减慢胶凝速度;CMCS溶液在中性条件下的胶凝能力最强;所考察的不同多元醇及单元醇均可促进胶凝,其中,以乙二醇和丙三醇的作用最为显著。结论可采取降低CMCS浓度和保存温度至临界点以下、避免中性环境、增加离子强度屏蔽体系中的电荷、避免与甘油及乙二醇等配伍以减慢或避免胶凝的发生。
