目的建立一种快速、可靠、灵敏检测植物油中维生素E含量的方法。方法采用50%KOH-Et OH溶液中加入10%抗坏血酸作抗氧化剂,在80℃水浴中加热0. 5 h,对植物油中的维生素E进行皂化处理,制备供试品溶液;采用Acquity UPLC C8色谱柱(100 mm×2. 1 mm,1. 7μm),流动相A为水、B为甲醇,梯度洗脱,流速0. 25 m L·min~(-1),检测波长285 nm。结果2. 19~203. 5μg·m L~(-1)维生素E与峰面积的线性相关系良好(Y=726. 55X-130. 46,r~2=0. 9996),检测限和定量限分别为10. 7、26. 9 ng·m L~(-1),平均回收率为82. 75%,重复性的RSD=3. 60%,耐用性良好,表明建立的方法能够满足植物油中维生素E的测定要求。在13种植物油中均检出维生素E,其中,小麦胚芽油中维生素E的含量最高,沙棘油次之。结论所用方法可快速、灵敏、精确地测定13种植物油中维生素E的含量。
