阿片类药物愈来愈广泛应用于治疗癌性疼痛和非癌性疼痛,其使用率的提高同时也导致其不良反应的增加,阿片类药物相关性便秘(opioid induced constipation,OIC)是最常见而持久的不良反应,OIC增加了患者的额外痛苦,明显降低患者的生活质量。现就近年来阿片类药物所致便秘的治疗药物进行综述。
