目的分离鉴定由梨果仙人掌内生土曲霉SIIAF5446菌株产生的破骨细胞所生成的抑制剂。方法采用溶剂萃取、硅胶柱层析、反相制备HPLC来分离纯化发酵液,借助光谱学手段鉴定其结构,并采用抗酒石酸磷酸酶阳性多核细胞计数法测定其抑制小鼠骨髓破骨细胞生成的活性。结果分离得到3个抑制破骨细胞生成的高活性化合物,即洛伐他汀、3″-羟基洛伐他汀和2″,3″-脱氢洛伐他汀。结论 3″-羟基洛伐他汀和2″,3″-脱氢洛伐他汀为活性新化合物。
