通过插销连接可靠性试验、节点半刚性量测试验、基本单元体受力性能试验以及四榀室外大型足尺整架试验的系列试验研究和模拟计算分析,对一种新型的插销式钢管脚手架的安全性能进行了较为系统的研究。研究结果表明,该脚手架的插销是稳定的,在正常工作中不会自动向上滑出,其节点在正常工作中是安全可靠的,节点不会先于杆件破坏,但节点连接刚度对脚手架的极限承载力会产生很大的影响,选用过高的节点连接刚度进行极限承载力计算将会造成安全隐患,并给出了半刚性节点的刚度建议值;采用半刚性连接的计算模型进行模拟计算、并取用一定的安全系数,该

英文摘要

A series tests had been conducted to study the safety performance of a new type plug-in steel-tube scaffold system, including tests of connecting reliability of plug in, semi-rigid behavior of joint, basic unit mechanic behavior and four pieces of full-scale outdoor scaffold. The results indicate that the plug-in is stable and can not slide upward under usual work state, the joint is safe and should not fracture prior to steel tube. The joint rigidity can affects load-carrying capacity evidently and it is unsafe if a large connecting rigidity is adopted in calculation.A suggested joint rigidity was given. It will be safe and has a large load-carrying capacity if the suggested semi-rigid model and safety factor are used in calculation.
