Objective To observe tooth replantation for patients of traumatic dislocation, in order to summarize clinical experience. Methods 89 cases（107 teeth） were given replantation routine observation and analysis of 1 to 5 years. Results 78 cases had success, and the success rate was 87.6%. Conclusion The successful replantation attributes to the treatment time and the way to preserve. Grasping indications and reliable fixed methods can improve the successful rate.
