25 年来,椅旁计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制作(CAD/CAM)技术在口腔诊室中的应用不断发展,口腔材料的改进也加速了CAD/CAM 技术的革新,这些使得口腔医生几乎能迅速、精确地为每位患者提供高品质、高美观的修复体。基于CAD/CAM 技术在口腔科应用的不断增加,制造商对CEREC 系统的硬件、软件和材料进行了大量改进,口腔医生可以在诊室内不受工艺流程的干扰制作出技工室水平的修复体。本文就CEREC 椅旁CAD/CAM 系统支持材料及AC 系统创新发展作一综述。

英文摘要

The in -office application of computer -aided design/computer -aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM) has evolved continually during 25 years, and material enhancements made in conjunction with this evolution have improved the speed and precision with which dentists can place high-quality, esthetic restorations for almost every dental application. On the basis of the growth of CAD/CAM, the manufacturer has made substantial improvements to all aspects of the CEREC system, including hardware, software and materials. Dentists can create laboratorygrade restorations in their offices with little disturbance to work-flow patterns for most dental practices. Here the authors present an overview of the chair-side CAD/CAM system and available materials.
