目的研究肾透明细胞癌中BNIP3表达及意义。方法收集肾癌手术切除的肾癌组织和对应癌旁正常肾组织新鲜标本，共30例。运用实时荧光定量PCR、蛋白质印迹法（Western blot）检测各组BNIP3、von Hippel-Lindan(VHL)、缺氧诱导因子-1α（HIF-1α）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达情况。并分析BNIP3与VHL、HIF-1α、VEGF表达相关性，及各个基因表达与临床病理参数间关系。结果实时荧光定量PCR检测结果示：在RNA水平，BNIP3、VHL在肾癌组织中表达水平低于癌旁正常肾组织(PHIF-1α和VEGF在肾癌组织中表达水平高于癌旁正常肾组织(PBNIP3表达与VHL、HIF-1α、VEGF无相关性，肾癌组织中BNIP3低表达与各个临床病理学特征无相关性。Western blot检测结果示：在蛋白水平，BNIP3、VHL在肾癌组织中表达水平低于癌旁正常肾组织(PPP>0.05)。结论可能存在某种调控机制使BNIP3在肾透明细胞癌表达下调，且BNIP3低表达与VHL、HIF-1α、VEGF表达无相关性。

Objective To investigate the expression of proapoptosis protein BNIP3 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and its clinical significance. Methods The RCC tumor tissue samples from 30 pathologically diagnosed ccRCC and their adjacent pericarcinous tissues were adopted to detect the mRNA and protein expressions of BNIP3, von Hippel-Lindau(VHL), hypoxia inducible factor (HIF)-1α and vascular enothelial growth factor (VEGF) by real-time quantitative PCR(real-time PCR) and Western blot. The correlations of these genes' expressions with clinicopathologic features were analyzed.
