Flicker noise is a widespread natural phenomenon, although its formation mechanism has not yet conclusive, it is very determined that the flicker noise power spectrum have f -a form. It is significant to simulate the flicker noise accurately, for the study of the characteristics of the flicker noise and particular system influenced by flicker noise. In this paper, according to the power spectrum form of flicker noise, the autocorrelation function of flicker noise sequence can be obtained, and then, using the Levinson-Durbin iterative algorithm, we can get a high-order AR(p) model to simulate the flicker noise, the results show that when the order p is greater than 1024, AR(p) model can simulate the flicker noise accurately.
