利用MTT法测定15种吡唑啉类似物对RP-HzVNC-AW1(AW1)细胞的毒力,采用浸渍法测定这些化合物对东亚飞蝗(Locusta migratoria)3龄幼虫的触杀作用,并对其关联性进行比较。结果表明:15种吡唑啉类似物均对AW1细胞有增殖抑制作用,对东亚飞蝗都有触杀作用。结果显示,两类化合物中,1-苯基-3-(2-呋喃基)-5-取代吡唑啉类化合物(Ⅱ类)细胞毒力测定与活体生物活性关联性要好于1-乙酰基-3-(2-呋喃基)-5-取代吡唑啉类化合物(Ⅰ类),其中的Ⅱ5、Ⅱ8、Ⅱ9三种化合物对细胞的抑制率与对东亚飞蝗的校正死亡率均高于50%,抑制率分别为76.82%、75.41%和65.87%,校正死亡率分别为53.84%、52.91%和53.55%,细胞毒力与活体检测关联性很大。

英文摘要

The toxic effect of 15 pyrazoline analogs against RP-HzVNC-AW1 (AW1) cells and the contacting activities against 3rd instar larvae of Locusta migratoria were measured by MTT assay and immersion method, then the relevance of cytotoxicity and bioactivity was discussed. It is suggested that 15 compounds had inhibitory effects on AW1 cells and the contacting activities of 15 compounds were observed. The relevance of cytotoxicity and bioactivity of Compound Ⅱ was better than compound Ⅰ. The inhibition rates of compoundsⅡ5、Ⅱ8 and Ⅱ9 were 76.82%, 75.41% and 65.87%, and the adjusted mortality of them were respectively 53.84 %, 52.91 % and 53.55 %, they exhibited well inhibitory effects against AW1 cells and high contacting activities against insects with a better relevance.
