By means of transfer matrix method, one-dimensional(1D) photonic crystal heterostructure containing single negative material is investigated. Compared to conventional double channel filters, each channel of the proposed filter can be tuned separately, and the frequency position of the filter is insensitive to incident angle of light. When the losses are considered, the losses make transmittance depressed only, and the frequency position of filter is not affected. The properties of the structure provide possible applications for designing omnidirectional double channel filters
