摘要:介电系数会随着物质状态的变化而变化,这将导致微波在其中的传输与反射情况也随之变化,微波传输和反射的改变将影响微波在物体中的能量分布,改变加热效果。本文通过COMSOL仿真与实验的结合,探究冰冻对微波加热土豆的影响,实验测量与仿真结果吻合良好,验证了模型的合理性与准确性。通过仿真与实验结果可知,适当的冰冻不仅可以有效的提高微波加热的均匀性,还对研究微波的靶向性加热特性有一定的指导意义。

英文摘要

Abstract: Since material has different dielectric constants in different phases, microwave propagation and reflection properties become variant. The distribution of power density is related to the properties. By combining COMSOL simulation and experiments, the effect of freeze on uniformity microwave heating of potatoes is studied, and good agreement can be seen between the experimental and simulated results. From simulation and experiments, properly freeze can improve the uniformity of microwave heating. This research also works for microwave target heating.
