采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了上转光剂Er3+:Y3Al5O12, 然后采用超声分散法将制备的Er3+:Y3Al5O12与Bi2WO6复合得到光催化剂Er3+:Y3Al5O12/Bi2WO6复合物, 利用X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对催化剂进行了表征. 在(发出可见光的)三基色灯照射下, 对罗丹明B的降解效果进行了一系列研究, 如Er3+:Y3Al5O12/Bi2WO6的煅烧温度, 煅烧时间以及用量, 光照强度, 光照时间对罗丹明B降解率的影响. 同时也考察了Er3+:Y3Al5O12/Bi2WO6催化降解不同染料以及不同染料浓度的催化活性, 并与单一的Bi2WO6的催化活性进行了对比. 实验结果表明, 催化剂的量为1.00 g/L, 染料的初始浓度为10.00 mg/L, 煅烧温度为350 °C, 煅烧时间为120 min时, 对罗丹明B染料的降解效果最佳.

英文摘要

In this paper, we used the sol-gel method to prepare the Er3+:Y3Al5O12. Then Er3+:Y3Al5O12 and Bi2WO6 were composited to make photocatalyst the Er3+:Y3Al5O12/Bi2WO6 compound by using ultrasonic dispersion method, which were characterized by XRD and SEM. In the (visible light) three color light irradiation. A series of studies on the degradation effect of Rhodamine B were carried out, such as roasting temperature, roasting time of Er3+:Y3Al5O12/Bi2WO6 and the amount of catalyst, light intensity, light time on the degradation rate of Rhodamine B. In addition, the catalytic activities of Er3+:Y3Al5O12/Bi2WO6 degradation with different dyes and different dye concentrations were investigated and compared with that of the single Bi2WO6. The experimental results demonstrate that the best degradation efficiency of Rhodamine B dye can be obtained at the amount of catalyst 1.00 g/L, the initial concentration of the dye 10.00 mg/L, the roast temperature of 350 ℃ and roasting time of 120 min.
