白花丹参是一种珍稀的中药材, 含有多种微量元素, 具有极高的药用价值. 本文针对白花丹参进行了多项实验, 采用MTT法检测白花丹参浸出液对INS-1细胞的凋亡的抑制作用, 并且建立糖尿病大鼠模型研究白花丹参对血糖和胰岛素释放的影响, 取实验大鼠的胰岛做HE染色和免疫组化染色, 观察白花丹参抑制胰岛B细胞凋亡的效果和胰岛组织中抑制凋亡的Bcl-2蛋白和促进凋亡的Bax蛋白的分布. 实验结果证明, 白花丹参能促进Bcl-2蛋白的产生, 削弱Bax蛋白促进凋亡的能力, 抑制了胰岛B细胞的凋亡, 从而使胰岛素的释放增加, 最终达到控制血糖的目的. 本文的研究对开发治疗糖尿病的辅助药物具有一定意义.

英文摘要

Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f. alba is a kind of rare Chinese herbal medicine, which contains multiple kinds of trace elements and has high medicinal value. In this paper, MTT method was used to detect the inhibitory effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f. alba extract on the apoptosis of INS-1 cells, glycemic and insulin was tested, and HE staining and immunohistochemical staining was carried out. The experimental results show that Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f. alba can promote the production of Bcl-2 proteins, weaken the ability of Bax proteins to promote apoptosis, thereby increase the release of insulin, ultimately achieve glycemic control purposes. The research of this paper has certain significance for the development of adjuvant drugs for the treatment of diabetes mellitus.
