采用GC-MS技术对宜宾地区含有药用价值成分的五种樟属植物水浸提液进行成分分析.结果表明: 共检测出76种成分, 其中2, 2' 亚甲基双[6 (1, 1 双甲基乙基) 4 甲基]苯酚为五种樟属植物共有, 含量也较高, 是樟属植物的特征性化合物.1, 2 苯二羧酸单(2 乙基己基)酯、1 甲基 4 (1 甲基乙基) 1, 4 环已二烯和十八烯三种化合物在大部分樟属植物中存在, 这三种化合物也可以被看成是樟属植物的特征性化合物.除此之外, 检测出的成分中有57种成分分别为某一物种所特有, 表明物种的特异性很强.在研究中也发现, 顺式 四氢化 2, 5 二甲基 呋喃、2, 2' 氧二苯 乙醇及反 四氢化 2, 4 二甲基 呋喃三种成分存在于三个物种中, 且相对含量较高(85.20%~94.74%).

By gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(GC MS), the water leaching solution of five cinnamomum plants were for medicinal ingredients growing in Sichuan Yibin. The results shows that 76 compounds have been identified High level of phenol, 2, 2' methylenebis[6 (1, 1 dimethylethyl) 4 methyl was detected in all five kinds of cinnamomum plant leaves, indicating that it is characteristics compound of the five cinnamomum plants. Three compounds including 1, 2 Benzenedicarboxylic acid, mono(2 ethylhexyl) ester, 1, 4 Cyclohexadiene, 1 methyl 4 (1 methylethyl) and 1 Octadecene exist in most cinnamomum plants, and these three compounds can also be viewed as the common compounds of the cinnamomum plants. In addition, the remaining 57 kinds of compounds exist in one of the species, indicating that the species have strong specificity. It was found that the Furan, tetrahydro 2, 5 dimethyl , cis , Ethanol, 2, 2' oxybis and Furan, tetrahydro 2, 4 dimethyl , trans exist in three of the species, and the content is relatively high (85.20~94.74%).
