The resonant transmission coefficient of triangular multi barrier structure is presented based on an exact solution of the Schrdinger equation by using Airy function and the transfer matrix approach; Furthermore, we have also studied the relationships between the resonant transmission coefficient and, respectively, the effective mass, the barrier width, the barrier height and the well width.
