中文摘要

为了进一步确定AtMYB44、ABI1、RCAR1三者之间的关系,本文进行了竞争性pull down和ABI1磷酸酶活性的测定实验,结果表明AtMYB44与ABI1能够竞争性结合RCAR1,并且这种竞争性结合依赖于ABA,AtMYB44能够降低RCAR1对ABI1活性的抑制,这为深入研究ABA信号转导途径奠定了基础.

英文摘要

In order to determine the relationship among the AtMYB44,ABI1 and RCAR1, competitive GST pull down assay and ABI1 phosphatase activity assay were used in this study, these results suggested that AtMYB44 and ABI1 compete in vitro for binding to RCAR1 in the presence of ABA. In addition, AtMYB44 reduces the inhibitory effect of RCAR1 on ABI1 phosphatase activity in the presence of ABA, which build the foundation for the ABA signal pathway study.
