藏红花腐烂病病原真菌的分离鉴定及药剂防治

为明确藏红花腐烂病的病原真菌种类, 对感病藏红花球茎进行发病组织培养、病原菌分离与单孢纯化. 将获得的菌株进行病原菌致病性检测验证后, 结合真菌形态学及rDNA ITS序列BLAST比较分析, 发现尖孢镰刀菌株是藏红花腐烂病的主要致病菌. 采用常用抑菌菌剂对病原菌进行抑菌测定, 结果表明:75%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂等4种抑菌剂对病原菌抑菌率达60%以上.
英文摘要
In order to ascertain the fungi which cause rot of Saffrons corm, fungi were isolated from a large number of rotten corms on PDA medium, and purified by single spore culture, respectively. The results revealed that Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceris was the main pathogens of Saffrons corm rot disease according to the rDNA ITS sequence and the characteristics of fungal morphology. Then screen out effective chemical for inhibition of its mycelium growth. Mycelium growth could be controlled effectively by mancozeb 75% WP etc.
