To estimate microbloggers impacts on information spread, the user behavior and message propagation characteristics were synthetically considered. Microbloggers' impacts were taken as two parts, namely: microblogger's attention and microblog's influence. And an improved PageRank algorithm was put forward to evaluate microbloggers' impacts. Experiment of the algorithm under one topic of sina microblogs proved that the algorithm is reasonable.
