中文摘要

手性相转移催化是不对称催化领域的重要分支之一, 扮演着越来越重要的角色. 现在发展的季铵盐相转移催化剂的氮原子多是以sp3杂化形势存在,对sp2杂化的手性季铵盐相转移催化剂开发较少,在前期工作的基础上, 本文以(1S,2S)-1,2-二苯基乙二胺为起始原料经过5-6步反应制备sp2杂化的新型C2对称相转移催化剂Pentanidium,并以1H NMR、13C NMR和HRMS确定其化学结构.

英文摘要

Chiral phase transfer catalysis is an important branch of asymmetric catalysis, which plays an increasingly important role. Currently, the development of quaternary ammonium salt phase transfer catalyst is majorly focus on sp3 hybridized nitrogen, while the development of sp2 hybridized phase transfer catalyst of quaternary ammonium salts is rare. On the basis of our previous work, this paper use (1S,2S)-1,2-diphenyl ethylenediamine as starting material through 5-6 steps to prepare SP2 hybridized model C2 symmetric phase transfer catalyst Pentanidium,1H NMR、13C NMR and HRMS were used to verify the chemical structure
