乳牙在儿童生长发育过程中起到重要的作用,而乳牙残根残冠是临床治疗的难点,以往只能选择对症处理或拔除。随着医用材料的发展,聚乳酸以其良好的生物相容性,可降解并能以二氧化碳和水的形式排出体外,对人类身体无毒害的优良物理化学性能被广泛应用于临床治疗。聚乳酸可吸收根管桩的应用为婴幼儿乳牙残根残冠的修复提供了广阔的前景。本文就近年关于聚乳酸根管桩的物理化学性质、生物相容性、适应证及临床应用等研究现状作一综述。

英文摘要

The deciduous teeth play an important role in the process of children’s growth and development. The residual crown and residual root of it is a key problem for clinical treatment, which can only be choosed to suit the processing or pull out. Along with the development of medical materials, the polylactic acid (PLA) is widely used in clinical treatment because of its good biocompatibility, excellent physical and chemical properties of the human body without poison, and can be degraded and excreted in the form of carbon dioxide and water. The application of PLA post for its repair provides a broad prospect. This article summarizes the physical and chemical properties, biocompatibility, indication and clinical application status of the PLA post.
