随着牙髓生物学和生物材料学研究的进步,微创诊疗理念的普及,活髓保存治疗已成为牙髓病学的研究热点之一。盖髓剂的生物学性能是决定活髓保存治疗效果的关键因素,硅酸钙类水门汀是一类具有良好的理化性能和生物相容性的新型盖髓剂,能诱导牙髓组织中具有分化潜能的细胞分化为成牙本质样细胞,促进修复性牙本质的形成,已广泛应用于活髓保存治疗,取得了良好的治疗效果。但其种类相对较多,且有大量相关基础和临床应用研究报道,因此本文将对目前常用的硅酸钙类盖髓剂的生物学性能进行综述,以期为临床合理应用提供参考。
英文摘要
With the progress of the dental pulp biology and biomaterials research, minimally invasive clinical approach including vital pulp therapy has become a hot spot in endodontics. Biological properties of pulp capping agent play a pivotal role in determining the events of vital pulp therapy. Calcium silicate cements are biocompatible novel materials with excellent physicochemical properties and capacity for stimulating reparative dentin formation. Currently, different types of calcium silicate cements have been applied to vital pulp therapy and achieved good clinical outcomes. However, there is a great quantity of researches regarding these materials, which may confuse readers. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to review current progress on biological properties and feasible strategies of different calcium silicate-based capping agents in order to provide a reference for their rational clinical application.
